Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
• You have completed less than 20% of the course content.
• The course was purchased directly through the ECR Academy website.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Course Cancellations or Technical Issues

If a course is canceled by ECR Academy or if you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing content, and our support team cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued regardless of the percentage completed.
